Called Through the Fire is a 4-week online course created to help you understand your God-given calling through the lens of Scripture, healing, identity, and spiritual alignment.
This course is not about glorifying pain. It is about helping you interpret it correctly.
Many people go through painful seasons and assume something is wrong with them. They feel delayed, disqualified, overlooked, rejected, or broken. But often, the place of greatest attack is connected to the place of greatest assignment. The fire did not come to destroy you — it revealed, refined, and prepared something inside you.
Through this course, Pastor Brenda helps you look at the fire differently. You will begin to see that pressure often comes before clarity, identity is often attacked before calling is understood, and false beliefs often form when pain is misunderstood.
What This Course Will Cover
Session 1: Why the Fire Found You
In this session, we begin by understanding why certain battles may have found you before you even understood your purpose. We look at the biblical pattern of fire, pressure, testing, and refinement — not as punishment, but as preparation.
You will begin to recognise that the fire did not find you by accident. God was not absent in what you walked through. The enemy may have tried to confuse your identity and distort your purpose, but God was still working, refining, strengthening, and preparing you.
Session 2: What Was Being Targeted
This session helps you begin recognising where the pressure focused and why that matters. The enemy does not attack randomly. Many times, the areas that came under the most strain are connected to what God placed inside you.
This session helps you look at repeated patterns, resistance, discouragement, and identity wounds with greater spiritual understanding. The goal is not fear, but clarity.
Session 3: How False Beliefs Formed
In this session, we look at how pain, rejection, disappointment, delay, and repeated struggle can shape the way we think. False beliefs often do not form because we choose them. They form because we are trying to make sense of what hurt us.
This session helps you identify beliefs such as:
“This will never change.”
“Something must be wrong with me.”
“God won’t come through for me in this area.”
“I am not called.”
Week 3 teaches that what was shaped through pain can be realigned through truth.
Session 4: Refined for Purpose
This final session focuses on realignment, calling, and moving forward. The fire did not destroy you — it refined you for what God prepared.
You will learn how truth realigns identity, how calling becomes clearer after refinement, and how to walk forward in obedience without fear, pressure, or striving. This session helps you recognise what God has refined in you and how to move forward with peace, confidence, and purpose.
